Day of Coordinators

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when faced with the high costs associated with the industry. We offer 2 packages to fit different financial plans, ensuring that you can have professional support without breaking your budget. Let us help you enjoy your special day while we handle the details, allowing you and your loved ones to cherish every moment.

Package #1 $550
ADD ON FEES
One time fee- $50 for events 30 miles outside Manteca(due at time of booking)
Add time to package-$30 per 30 minutes
1 hour initial meeting either in person or via zoom.
Unlimited communication.
Vendor communication.
2nd meeting 30 days out from event via zoom or in person (30 minutes) if needed.
Final meeting 3-5 days before wedding (30 Minutes).
Rehearsal (1 hour Maximum).
9 hours total coordination on day of wedding.
2 Coordinators If total attendance is above 175.
What is included on your day.
1-8 of Package #1.
Final Check on the venue(s).
Bridal party checklist.
Vendor communication.
Welcome guests/help with seating.
Processional organization.
Collection and transport of any items(depending on size) to next site.
Setup/assist with decor for gift table, favors ,guest books etc.
Time line management.
Bride or Groom assistance.
Assist with guest management.
Collect gifts,cards and or cake storage after cutting/service.
End of event or coordinating notes.
With a total of 12 hours at your disposal, you have the flexibility to use this time in a way that best suits your needs.
Package #2 $375
1 hour initial meeting in person.
Unlimited communication.
Simple vendor communication.
2nd meeting via zoom 3 days before your event. (30 minutes)
Up to 5 Hours total coordination on day of wedding.
One time fee-add $50 for rehearsal
One time fee- $50 for events 30 miles outside Manteca(due at time of booking)

10 hours total coordination on day of wedding.

Bridal party checklist for bridesmaids and ushers
1 coordinator with bridal parties if needed while getting ready
Transportation of personal items for couple to venue
Final Check on the venue(s) day before and morning of.
Put up any parking or event signage
Setup/assist with decor for gift table, favors, guest books etc.
Timeline management
Welcome guests/help with seating if needed.
Processional organization.
Collection and transport of any items (depending on size) to next site.
Bridal party assistance during first look or before wedding photos if needed
Assistance with announcements for dinner, speeches, first dance etc.
Bride or Groom assistance.
Assist with guest management.
Set up cake cutting and assist if no cutting service
Collect gifts, cards and or cake storage after cutting/service.
Final payments distributed to vendors.
Pack up and assist Bride and Groom for departure.
End of event or coordinating notes.
Final walk thru after event (box up any remaining items that couple wants)
Table and large item set up not included. Cleaning and tear down not included.
